Absolutely loved the Strawberry Basil Jam! The combination of sweet strawberries with the subtle freshness of basil is unique and perfectly balanced. It tastes homemade, fresh, and not overly sweet like many store-bought jams. I’ve enjoyed it on toast, and with yogurt.
When I got the jam, I didn't want to do the basic "spread on bread and if you're feeling bold, put it on oats" so I mixed it with some cinnamon and used it as a mixer with some really nice rum. The flavour profile is warm and delivers that kick/tang of strawberry right at the end. The smells are just aroma galore!
